A 24-year old man, Ezike Samuel, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly forcefully penetrating the anus of his neighbour’s 14-year old boy for sexual satisfaction.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 26th December, 2025, at Esiba Oluwo Street, Idimu – Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect lured the victim to his apartment, forcefully removed his clothes and penetrated his anus after rubbing a cream on it and injured him in the process.
However,  the thing got exposed after the victim informed his parents about what happened and the pains he was passing through in his anus due to the forceful penetration.
The matter was reported to the Police in the area and the suspect was arrested. From there, he was transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and consequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charge read:
“That you, Ezike Samuel ‘m’, on the 26th day of December 2025, at about 2040hours, at Esiba Oluwo Street, Idimu – Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did sexually assault the victim ‘m’ 14years old by penetrating his anus with your penis and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 261 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
However, the Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asking the Court to give a date and refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
