A 24-year old man, Olanrewaju Adeoti, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly forcing his dick into the mouth of his neighbour’s 4-year old girl and releasing his sperm inside her mouth.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 22nd July, 2023, at Ojuidan Street, Agoti, Mile 12, Lagos, where they reside.
The suspect was alleged to have lured the girl to his apartment, brought out his dick,, forced her to open her mouth and ordered her to be suck his dick until he was satisfied before he allowed her to go.
However, the matter got exposed when the girl’s parent returned from work and she informed them about what happened. Hence, the matter was reported to the Police in the area and Adeoti was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section of the Command for interrogation over the alleged offence.
After rounds of interrogation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The Court did not take his plea when he was arraigned following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice because of the nature of the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi, ordered his remand in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.
The matter was adjourned for mention pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
