Man, 27, Arrested For Biting Lady, 20, During S*x Romp

A 27-year old man, Babatunde Jaiyeola, has been arrested after he reportedly lost control, gave a 20-year old lady a bite and inflicted serious injury on her thigh over penetration during a sex romp in Lagos State.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Teledalase Street, Maidan, Mile 12, Ketu area of Lagos State, where they reside.

The suspect has landed in trouble having assaulted the lady and eventually penetrated her against her wish.
He was alleged to have lured the victim to his apartment, wanted to have sex with her but she refused. He then forced his way assaulting her in the process.

It was gathered that in the process of the victim refusing to open her leg for easy penetration, he reportedly gave her fist blows on the mouth, gave her a bite on the left thigh and thumb in order to weaken her and then forcefully penetrated her.

The matter was reported to the Police at Ketu Division; he was arrested and detained for interogation over the act.

After interrogation and having been found culpable, he was subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrate Court for assault and statutory rape. 
He was said to have told the Police that he had wanted to have sex with the lady and when he was ready for penetration, she refused him access without any reason, he then lost control and had his way forcefully. 

However, when he was arraigned in Court, his plea was not taken following a motion by the prosecutor, Supol Clifford Ogu, for the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. S.K. Matope, ordered his remand in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.

The matter was adjourned till 10th January, 2022, for report of the DPP to be ready, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
