Man, 33, Docked For Stripping & R*ping 2 Under Aged Girls

A 33-year old man, Rabiu Opeyemi, has been arrested for allegedly stripping naked two under aged girls, aged, 12 and 15, and then engaged them in threesome sex romp, which lasted for several hours inside his apartment in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Fabowale Street, Papa Ashafa area of Agege, Lagos where they reside.

The suspect, Rabiu, was said to have lured the victims into his apartment, used words to threaten in order to intimidate and instill fear in them for submission. He was said to have then forced them to remove their clothes, got naked himself and raped them.

Having satisfied himself, he allowed them to go and warned not to tell anyone what happened to them.

However, one of them summoned courage and revealed what happened to her parents, who then reported to the Police. The suspect was arrested and detained at Oke-Odo Police Division for interrogation over the dastardly act.

After investigation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for defilement, which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court.

When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea following a motion by the prosecutor, Supol Victor Eruada, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, ordered his remand in correctional center at Kirikiri town without an option of bail and then directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.

The matter was adjourned till 24th January, 2022, for report of the DPP to be ready, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
