Man, 34, Docked For Recording Ladies While Urinating Inside Company’s Restroom

A 34-year old company worker,  Mudashiru Bello, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly planting his phone inside the female restroom and recording ladies while urinating during work hours. 

 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 17th day of February, 2026 and 13th day of March, 2026, respectively at SKLD Integrated Service situated at No. 283 Agege Motor Road, Ilupeju Bye-pass, Lagos.

 

According to the Police, the suspect, Bello, deliberately positioned his mobile phone in the restroom meant for female employees of SKLD Integrated Service and secretly recorded their images while undressed without their conscent.

 

The conduct was reported to the Police at Ilupeju Division. He was then arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct against the complainants.

 

After rounds of interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.

 

COUNT I:”That you, MUDASHIRU BELLO ‘M’ on the 17th day of February, 2026 and 13th day of March, 2026, respectively at about 0530pm at SKLD Integrated Service situated at No. 283 Agege Motor Road, Ilupeju Bye-pass, Lagos in the Lagos State Magisterial District, did sexually harass one Sarah Seleru ‘f’, One Sarah Taiwo ‘f’ and one Suliyat Ayanleye ‘f’ by deliberately positioning your mobile phone in the restroom of the female employees of SKLD Integrated Service and secretly recorded individual images while undressed without their conscent and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 264 (2) of the criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

 

COUNT II:”That you, MUDASHIRU BELLO ‘M’ on the same date, time and place at the aforementioned Magisterial District, did conduct yourself in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by deliberately and secretly positioning your mobile phone in the rest room of female employees of SKLD Integrated Service and secretly recorded one Sarah Selaru ‘r’, One Sarah Taiwo ‘f’ and one Suliyat Ayanleye ‘f’ while undressed without their conscent and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 168(1) of the criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

 

However, he pleaded not guilty.

 

The prosecutor, Mr. Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.

 

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, granted him bail with two sureties, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.

 

The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
