Man, 35, Tricks Girl, 19, Into Sex After Fondling Breasts

A 35-year old man, Uba Daniel, who allegedly tricked a 19-year old girl into sex romp by fondling her breasts, is now in big trouble in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Omofio Street, Giwa area of Fagba, Lagos, where Daniel resides.

It was gathered that allegedly Daniel lured the victim into his apartment, used words of mouth to confuse her before he moved his hands to her breasts. The touches on breasts reportedly got her more confused before he engaged her in sex romp over a period.

However, the victim regained her senses when Daniel went further to ask her to go and bring her sister’s gold and other jewelries. He threatened her that she will die if she did not bring those things.
The victim then raised alarm and informed her sister that Daniel raped her and threatened to kill her if she did not bring her gold and other jewelries.
The matter was reported to the Police at Oko Oba Division; Daniel was arrested and detained at station for interrogation.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that during interrogation, he admitted that he actually engaged the victim in sex romp but claimed it was with her consent. But the victim denied any consent and said she was forced into it.
The Police found Daniel culpable and later charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for threat to life and the alleged rape.
The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Supol Benson Emerhi, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat, ordered Daniel remanded in prison custody without an option of bail. The prosecutor was then directed to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice while the matter was adjourned till 15th December, 2019.
It was gathered that Daniel risks several years of imprisonment if the DPP report finds him culpable and recommends that he should be tried for rape and the matter will then be transferred to the High Court for trial.
