A 39-year old man, Haheed Lawal, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly forcing his dick into his neighbour’s 9-year old girl’s mouth and ordering her to suck it in order to satisfy his sexual desire.
P.M.EXPRESS reports the incident happened at Adisa Onyedumade Street, Ijegun area of Lagos, where they reside.
Apart from forcing the girl to suck his dick severally, he was alleged to have as well defiled the girl’s 7-year old sister by inserting his finger into her private part.
According to Police sources, the victims had the nasty experiences after he allegedly lured them into his apartment, instilled fear into them and defiled them severally without the knowledge of their parents.
However, the whole thing got exposed when their mother’s sister wanted to bath the girls and they complained of pains in their private parts. Their mother was contacted to ask to know what caused the pains. At that point, the victims revealed that the suspect, Lawal, had defiled them severally and warned them separately not to tell anyone what he did to them.
The matter was reported to the Police at Isheri Oshun Division. The suspect was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the Lagos State Command for interrogation over his conduct.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea and ordered his remand in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice following a motion by the prosecutor, DSP Kehinde Ajayi, before the Court.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubenije, ordered his remand in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.
The matter was adjourned till 30th May, 2023, for the report of DPP’s legal advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
