Man, 40 Caught Having Sex With 3-Year Old Baby In Lagos

A 40-year old man has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court after he was allegedly caught having sex with his neighbour’s 3-year old baby.

The incident happened at Ogunse Street in Onaosa area of Ibeju Lekki, Lagos where the suspect reside with the victim’s parents. P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the victim went into the suspect’s apartment, he locked his door from inside, carried her on his bed, removed her pant and penetrated her.

It was gathered that while the suspect engaged in the act, information got to the victim’s mother who went and knocked on the Gabriel’s door and he was forced to open the door. Before then, he had already released his sperm on the victim’s tiny private, though with no penetration inside.

The victim’s mother was said to have raised alarm which attracted other neighbours who condemned the shameful act.
The matter was reported to the police and Gabriel was arrested and detained at the police station. At the police station, he reportedly admitted and explained that he did not penetrate her but only used her private to satisfy his sexual desire.

He charged before Ikeja Magistrates court for defilement under the Criminal Code.
He pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs B.O. Osunkanmi granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum. The court also ordered the prosecutor to send his file to DPP for advice.
Gabriel was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition. The matter was adjourned till 16th of October, 2017.
