A 40-year old man, one Samuel Balogun, has been arrested after he was caught having sex with his neighbour’s 12-year old daughter inside an uncompleted building in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ademola Abiola Street in Alakuko area of Lagos where they reside.

It was gathered that Balogun lured the victim to the uncompleted building and engaged her in a sex romp.
However, while they were in the act, one of their neighbours caught them and raised alarm which attracted others.
The suspect was handed over to the police at Alakuko Division where the victim claimed that she was lured into the act by the suspect.
The matter was then transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for further interrogation on the matter.
This was confirmed by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Imohimi Edgal, at the State Command. The suspect was among those paraded by the police for various offences in the state.
The police boss said that Balogun was arrested by policemen attached to Alakuko Police Division for having carnal knowledge of the victim.
Many were surprised why Balogun chose an uncompleted building for the act. Some said he might have chosen the place to conceal the act but it eventually got exposed.
According to the CP, the suspect took his victim to an uncompleted building where he committed the act. Balogun may likely be charged to court for rape which is a capital offence that attracts long imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty.
Edgal added that the suspect will also be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
