The Delta State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of a 41-year-old man, Ogenewogaga Emmanuel, for allegedly sexually molesting two girls, aged 12 and 13 years, by engaging them in threesome sex romp.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Agbaro area of Delta State and the suspect was arrested following a report received by the Command over his alleged conduct against the victims.
This was disclosed  by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, on Saturday, 24th January, 2026.
He stated: “A pathetic interview of a 41-year old suspect, who allegedly coerced and had a threesome with two female minors aged 12yrs and 13yrs respectively. There has to be an end to this thing.”
Accompanying the caption was a video where he narrated what happened. “I am SP Bright Edafe and this is Delta State Police Command. It’s unfortunate that these things keep happening. Despite our efforts to sensitize people, see that we can rescue children that are going through this torture, sexual harassment and sexual molestation from adults like this man,” Edafe said.
He stated that the Police received information indicating that a man in the Agbaro area was involved in the defilement of two minors. “We got a report around Agbaro that a certain man was defiling two young underage girls, one 13 and the other one 12 years old,” he said.
Edafe noted that the identities of the victims were protected due to their age and the nature of the case. “It’s a pity I cannot put the camera on the victim. It’s very sad because when you look at this man here and you look at the victims, you would wonder what has this man found attractive on the body of this little girls,” he stated.
The suspect,  Ogenewogaga Emmanuel, reportedly told Police that he has a 19-year-old daughter. According to Police accounts, the suspect admitted inviting the two girls to his residence.
Police sources stated that the 12-year-old girl was brought to the suspect by her 13-year-old friend. The suspect reportedly claimed that he had previously had sexual contact with the 13-year-old before the incident involving both minors.
SP Edafe stressed that age and lack of awareness do not absolve individuals of responsibility under the law.
“Unfortunately, ignorance before the law, they say, is not an excuse. But why would a 41-year-old man, what does a 41-year-old man find attractive on the body of the 12-year-old girl?” he said.
He further explained how the Command became directly involved after receiving additional information. “However, somewhere along the line, we got a call. In fact, I got a call on what this, what this young man, what this old man, he’s not even a young man. This old man is doing to these children,” Edafe said.
Following the report, immediate steps were taken to ensure the suspect’s arrest. “And I directed that they should quickly report to the DPO, Agbaro Police station. The suspect is here,” he added.
