MICHAEL AKINOLA
A 42-year old suspected gay, Collins Ezenwa, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly dragging an 18-year old boy inside his car and sexually assaulting him in the process.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 6th February, 2026, at NNPC Road, Ejigbo area of Lagos.
According to the Police, the suspect dragged the victim into his car, brought out his dick and romanced him and the victim released sperm in the process.
The alleged assault was reported to the Police at Ikotun Division. The suspect was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charges read:
“That you, Collins Ezenwa ‘m’ On the 6th February, 2026, at about 1730hrs at NNPC Road, Ejigbo, Lagos in the Lagos Magisterial District, did conduct yourself in a manner likely to cause breach of the peace by dragging the victim ‘m’ inside your car and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 168(d), of the Lagos State Criminal Law, 2015.”
COUNT II:”That you, Collins Ezenwa ‘m’ On same Date, Time and Place in the Aforesaid Magisterial District, did sexually assault the victim ‘m’ age 18years, by romancing his manhood making him to release sperm and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 263, of the Lagos State Criminal Law, 2015.”
However, he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, granted him bail with two sureties in like sum who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
