Man, 42 Sent To Prison For Fondling With 15-Year Old Girl’s Private

  • A 42-year old man, Lasisi Idowu who allegedly fondled with the private part of his neighbour’s 15-year old daughter has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court for defilement.

At Ogba where he was arraigned, the presiding Magistrate, Mrs Davis Abegunde ordered the prosecutor to duplicate his file and sent to Directorate of Public prosecution, DPP, for advice.

The incident happened at Adebakin Street in Ketu where the suspect resides with the victim’s parents.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Idowu lured the victim to his apartment and allegedly removed her pant and fingered the teenager’s private.

After the incident, Idowu warned the girl not to tell anybody but the victim later told her parents what happened when they were not around.

The matter was reported to the police and Idowu was arrested and charged to court for the alleged offence.

He pleaded not guilty.

The court granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum.

He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.

The matter was further adjourned pending the outcome of DPP advice.
