P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Sefiu Liadi Street, off Ayodele Street, Asolo area of Ikorodu, Lagos, where they reside.
The Police alleged the suspect, Benjamin, to have lured the little girl and sexually molested her by inserting his finger into her private part and he was eventually caught in the act.
The matter was reported to the Police in the area and he was arrested and later transferred to the Gender Section of the Command for interrogation.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and then charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court.
