Man, 45, In Trouble For Stripping Self Naked To Seduce Daughters

Police operatives from the Gender Section of the Lagos State Command have arrested a 45-year old man, Emmanuel Ogar, for allegedly stripping self naked and allegedly fondling his two daughters’ breasts in order to seduce them into having sex.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Sarumi Street, Agege area of Lagos, where they reside.

The man was said to have locked the door from inside, stripped self naked, grabbed the victims (aged between 6 and 9 years) and fondled their breasts in order to lure them into sex.

However, the victims raised alarm, which attracted their neighbours and the door was forced open. They narrated how the man, their biological father, sexually molested them by touching their breasts after he had stripped self naked to seduce them.

The matter was reported to the Police and he was arrested.

After interrogation and having been found culpable, he subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for sexual assault.

When he was arraigned, the Court ordered his remand in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, following a motion by the prosecutor, Supol Bisi Ogunleye, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje, granted the request and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to DPP while the case was adjourned till 25th January, 2022, for report of the DPP to be available.

The matter may likely be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds culpable and recommends his trial for statutory rape and the man may spend several years in prison if he is found guilty before the Court for the alleged offence.
