Man, 46, Caught While Engaging Neighbour’s Girl, 8, In S*x

A 46-year old man, Ibukunle Francis, has landed in trouble in Lagos State after he was allegedly caught while engaging his neighbour’s 8-year old girl in sex romp.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Michael Sowemimo Street, Okegun area of Ibeju- Lekki, Lagos State, where they reside. 

The suspect was alleged to have lured the little girl into his apartment, engaged her into the romp but he was caught in the act.
The matter was reported to the Police in the area, who arrested and then transferred him to the Gender Section of the Lagos Command for interrogation. 

During interrogation, the suspect initially denied but when the little girl confronted him and stated how he removed her pants and forcefully penetrated her, he was speechless.

The Police found him culpable and subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.

When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea following a motion by the prosecutor, DSP Kehinde Ajayi, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice since the victim is still a minor. 

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje, ordered his remand in Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when the DPP’s report will be ready and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.

The matter was adjourned pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
