A 57-year old man, Sheu Ado, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly stealing a tricycle worth N3m, which was parked inside a filing station.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect has been arrested and charged for allegedly stealing the TVS tricycle with Reg No. EPE334QM valued N3,000,000.00, property of one Chukwuma Obhagah.

The incident happened on 18th August, 2025, at Shadel Filling Station, Ejigbo, Lagos.

According to the Police, the suspect went where the tricycle was parked by the complainant, took it away and was trying to escape before he was apprehended.

The matter was reported to the Police at Ejigbo Division. The suspect was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct.

After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ejigbo Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.

The charge read:

However, he pleaded not guilty. The prosecutor, Inspector Simeon Njue, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
