Man, 57, Caught Having Sex With 7-Year Old Girl

A 57-year old man, Mr. Noble Goodluck Chinyere has been handed over to the police at Gowon Estate after he was caught having sex with 7-year old girl in his flat apartment in Lagos.

The incident happened at Block 17, Flat 4 Gowon Estate where the victim and suspect resided with their families.

The neighbours wondered what would have been the attraction for the suspect to engage in such dastardly act after Chinyere was caught with the victim. Despite the fact that he was married, the age difference between the victim and the suspect was about 50 years.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that Chinyere lured the victim into his flat under the false pretence that he was sending her on an errand. However, when the innocent girl got into his flat, the members of his family were not around, so he locked the door, removed the victim’s pant and penetrated her.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Chinyere was unlucky as the neighbours traced the victim to his flat, forced him to open his door and rescued the victim with stains of sperm coming out from her private.

The police was contacted, he was arrested and taken to the police station and he could not deny because of the evidence.

He was charged before Ogba Magistrates court for defiling an underaged girl.

He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. F.O. Abegunde Davis granted Chinyere bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 26 February, 2018.
