Man, 58, Docked For Engaging 2 Daughters In S*x Romp For 2 Years

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Fadare Street, Ogba area of Lagos State, where they reside. 

The Police alleged the suspect, Jolaosho, to have lured the daughters into the act for those years and intimidated them not to discuss or tell anyone including their mother what he was doing to them. 

However, the whole thing leaked as their father continued with the dastardly act and the elderly one opened up. He was then arrested and detained at the Command for interrogation over the alleged conduct. 

According to Police sources, he initially denied but when the daughters were brought before him and narrated how it’s been happening, he became speechless. The Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence. 

When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor,  Mr Lucky Ihiehie, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice. 

Hence, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A. Layinka, ordered the defendant to be remanded in the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice. 

The Court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP since he pleaded not guilty before the Court.

He was remanded in custody pending the outcome of DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction while the matter was adjourned till 4th July, 2022.
