Man Arrested For Forcing His Dick Into Girl, 10, Private Part

Police operatives in Lagos have arrested a 35-year old man, Alex Godwin, over rape after he allegedly forcefully penetrated a 10-year old girl and injured her.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ogunjibi Street, Ayobo area of Ipaja, Lagos, where they reside.

The 10-year old girl was said to have suffered serious pains and bleeding in her private part and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for treatment.
It was gathered that the man, Godwin, reportedly lured the victim into his apartment, locked his door from behind and penetrated her after he had forced her to remove her pant.
However, the whole thing turned into a disaster due to the size of the man’s dick as he reportedly injured the victim, which caused her to bleed profusely. She then raised alarm which attracted other neighbours.

The matter was reported to the Police at Isokoko Division. The man, Godwin, was then arrested and detained at the station for interrogation.
During interrogation, he reportedly admitted to have penetrated her without any intention to cause her pains and injury.
The Police found the man culpable and later charged him before Ogba Magistrates Court for defilement which may attract several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before Court.
However, the prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice since the victim was still a minor.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P.E Nwaka, ordered the defendant to be remanded in prison custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP.
The matter was adjourned till 16th October, 2019.
