Man Arrested For Forcing Dick Inside 10-Year Old Girl Private

A 35-year old man, Alex Godwin, has landed in trouble after he was allegedly caught forcing his dick inside the private part of a 10-year old girl in Lagos

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ogunjibi Street in Ayobo area of Lagos, where they reside.

The suspect, Godwin, reportedly lured the victim into his apartment, removed her pant and tried forcing his dick into her private part. But due to the size of his dick, he was unable to but caused the victim serious pain which made her to raise alarm and they were caught.

The matter was reported to the Police at Isokoko Division; Godwin was arrested and detained at the Police Station for investigation.
He reportedly admitted that he removed her pant but claimed that he did not penetrate her because his dick was too big to penetrate her private part.
After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates court for the alleged offence.
The Court did not take his plea and ordered his remand in prison custody following a request by the prosecutor, Christopher John, who asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P.E. Nwaka, did not take his plea and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned till 2nd September, 2019, while Godwin will remain in prison pending the outcome of the DPP’s report.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the matter may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds him culpable and recommends his trial for statutory rape despite the fact that he claimed that he was unable to penetrate her.
