Man Arrested For Fondling And Raping 11-Year Old Girl

A man, Mr. Chidozie Uzowanne has landed in trouble after he lured an 11-year old girl into his apartment, sucked her breasts and ended up raping her in Lagos.

The incident happened at Bomardek Avenue off Bayo Oyewole Street in Okota, Lagos where they resided.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the police have arrested Uzowanne for indecent assault and having unlawful carnal knowledge of the victim.

Police source disclosed that the suspect lured the victim into his apartment, removed her clothes and grabbed her breasts. It was gathered that the victim became confused and could not shout or raise alarm before he eventually removed her pant and inserted his joystick into her private.

It was gathered that when Uzowanne attempted to penetrate her to no avail because of the size of his manhood, he inserted it into her private before her parents started looking for her. It was learnt that the victim hurriedly came out from the suspect’s apartment and her parents saw her. They asked her what she was doing in the suspect’s apartment. She then revealed what happened and how Uzowanne seduced her after sucking her breasts and raped her.

The matter was reported to the police at Okota Division and Uzowanne was arrested and detained at the police station. P.M.EXPRESS scooped that he admitted that he actually sucked her breasts but said that he did not rape her because his manhood could not penetrate her private.

He was charged before Ikeja Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.

He pleaded not guilty.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O.Osunsanmi granted him bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
The court also directed the prosecutor to send his file to DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned till 1 February, 2018.
