Man Arrested For Sleeping With 4-Year Old Twin Boys

A 37-year old man, Mr  Jephthah Ighodalo, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly defiling 4-year old twin boys by engaging them in anal sex romp.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Saint Augustine Street in Orisumbare area of Lagos where they resided.

The court has ordered him to be remanded in prison without an option of fine for the alleged sodomy.
Police source said the suspect, Ighodalo, had lured the victims into his apartment, robbed cream on their anus, penetrated them and in the process injured them.

However, the ugly act was exposed after their parents discovered the damage he had caused to their anus through forceful penetration. Their parents asked the boys what happened and they revealed what Ighodalo did to them when they were not around.
The matter was reported to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Imohimi Edgal, who directed the Gender Section to investigate the matter.
Hence the suspect was arrested and taken to the Police Command. At the Command, he reportedly confessed and explained that he did so to satisfy his sexual desire.
The police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates court for unlawful sexual assault on the minors.
The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, informed the court that the victims suffered rupture in their anus as a result of the assault and that they were minors.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, denied him bail and declined to take their plea.
The court ordered the prosecutor to send the file to DPP for advice and ordered him to be remanded in prison custody pending the outcome of the DPP advice.
The matter was adjourned till 3^rd September, 2018, for the DPP advice to be available.

P.M.EXPRESS learnt that if he was found culpable, the matter will be transferred to the High Court for trial.
