Man Caught Having Sex With 6-Year Old Girl

A 28-year old man, Analike Valentine has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court for allegedly having sex with a six-year old girl in his room.

The incident happened at Eyiowuawi Street in Shomolu area of Lagos where both the suspect and the victim’s parents reside.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the suspect lured the victim into his room apartment, locked the door from inside and defiled her.

According to the victim, ” He carried me to his bed, removed my pant, brought out his penis and put it into my private”

However, because the suspect could finish the dastardly act, one of their neighbours who saw when the victim entered his room and he locked the door became suspicious and raised alarm.

The alarm attracted other neighbours and the suspect was forced to open the door, was asked what he was doing with the victim but he denied doing anything.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that his denial did not last because the victim narrated what happened innocently and he could not deny again.

The matter was reported to the police and the suspect was arrested and detained at the police station He admitted the act but told the police that he did not penetrate her and was only using her private to satisfy his sexual desire.

He was charged before Ikeja Magistrates court for defilement. He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O.Osunsanmi granted him bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 15 January, 2018.
