Man Charged For Tricking 22-Year Old Girl Into Sex Romp

A man, Victory Eno who reportedly tricked a 22-year old girl into a sex romp on Christmas day has landed in trouble over his act in Lagos.

The incident happened at Afariogun Street in Ikeja, Lagos where both the victim and the suspect resided.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the suspect lured the victim into his apartment and before she realised what was happening, Eno had rounds of sex with her to her greatest surprise.

It was gathered that when she realized herself, she cried and insisted that it was a case of rape because she did not consent to it before Eno had her. The matter was reported to the Police at Ikeja Division and Eno was arrested and detained at the Station.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Eno admitted that he penetrated her but that she did not complain until after he had finished, and was surprised that she was claiming that he raped her.

However, the victim insisted that he obtained sex from her by tricks and as such it was a statutory rape and he should be charged to court for the alleged offence.
The police after investigation, charged Eno before Ikeja Magistrates court for sexual assault and penetration.

He pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi granted Eno bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
Eno was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 16 April, 2018.
