A 25-year old man, Samuel Adejumo, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly disguising as a worshipper at Cherubim and Seraphim Church, carting away money inside the offering box, other properties and escaped.

After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and stealing.
He pleaded not guilty when he was arraigned.
The prosecutor, Supol Benedict Aigbokhan, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
