The police at Ejigbo Division have arrested a 25-year old Adefarohunbi Ahmed for allegedly tricking a 19-year old teenager to his house in Lagos where he had sex with her without her consent.
The incident happened at 50 Olusesi Street in Ejigbo area of Lagos where Ahmed resided.
P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the victim met the suspect at Dorcas bus stop from where he lured her to follow him to his house. It was learnt that when they got to the house, he reportedly made her more confused, pulled her clothes including her pant and penetrated her.
The victim later realised herself after the romp, wept uncontrollably and informed her parents about what happened to her.
The matter was reported to the police that the suspect sexually assaulted her after confusing, taking her to his house and obtaining sex from her.
The police trailed, arrested the suspect and charged him before Ejigbo Magistrates court for sexual assault.
He pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. J.O.E Adeyemi-Ajayi granted the suspect bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum.
However, the suspect was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 8 February, 2018.
P.M.EXPRESS thereafter gathered that Ahmed was one of the suspected local fraudsters operating in Ejigbo area, defrauding victims and molesting women sexually.
