A 35-year old man, Emmanuel Okafor, has been arrested after he was caught inserting his finger into a 4-year old girl private part inside his car in Lagos.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ketu area of Lagos where the victim resided with her parents.
The suspect who resided at Ogba area of Lagos had visited the area for an undisclosed purpose and the motive behind his action remained unclear.
He was said to have lured the victim into the vehicle, opened her pant and inserted his finger into her private part.
However, while he was carrying out the dastardly act, he was caught by the residents who informed the victim’s parents.

The matter was reported to the police at the Gender Section of the Lagos State Police Command; Okafor was arrested and detained for interrogation.
During investigation, the suspect denied that he did so but the victim narrated how he lured her into the vehicle and molested her sexually.
The police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates court for indecent sexual assault on the victim.
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Donny Raphael, did not oppose his being granted bail but asked the court to give a date for the hearing.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi, granted Okafor bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 22nd August, 2018.
