According to Police sources, the suspect allegedly lured the girl into his apartment, got her confused and then engaged her in sex romp.
However, while they were in the act, one of their neighbours caught them and raised alarm. The girl confessed that she was lured into the act without her consent.
The matter was reported to the Police and the suspect, Bankole, was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section for investigation. After thorough interrogation, he was found culpable and subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
