Man In Police Net For Poking Daughter’s Priv*te Part

A man, Taiwo Olugbenga, has been arrested by Police operatives from Ipaja Division, Lagos, for allegedly poking his 15-year old daughter’s private part over the last three years.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the daughter told their neighbours that for those years, from when she was 12, his father, Taiwo has been sexually molesting her by inserting his finger into her private part.

The incident happened at Paul Okpala Street, Canada Water, Baruwa area of Lagos where Taiwo resides.
Her father’s act got her traumatized, she became helpless but eventually mustered courage to tell their neighbours including their landlord what she was going through.
Following the revelation, the girl’s grand father went to the Ipaja Police Division and reported the dastardly act to the DPO, CSP Tokunbo Aboniwonda, who then summoned Taiwo for interrogation but he escaped to Isheri Oshun area of Lagos where he was eventually apprehended and taken to the station for interrogation.

According to the residents, he has already admitted that he did so but said he did not penetrate her with his dick; was only trying to know if she was still a virgin despite the fact that he is not a medical doctor.
According to a resident, Taiwo got married to the girl’s mother some years ago but she later died leaving the girl to his care when she was much younger. By the time she grew, he started molesting her whenever she visited him during the holidays.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that it has been going on until she decided to open up to their neighbours and her grand father and the Police were then alerted over the act.

The suspect was said to have been detained by the Police for prosecution but our correspondent could not immediately verify from the DPO, who was said to have gone out for routine monitoring of the Division by the time he visited the station.

When our correspondent contacted the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bala Elkana, he did not pick his call. However, Police sources confirmed the arrest and said that the Police were investigating the matter and the suspect will be charged to Court after the conclusion of investigations.
