Man Sneaks Into Lady’s Room For Sex, Charged For Stealing

A 30-year old randy man, Mr. Akindele Ismaila has landed in trouble after he sneaked into a lady’s apartment in Lagos to make love to her but got arrested as a criminal as the lady was said to have lost her phone. 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the lady, Nwabueze Imolda, alleged that Ismaila sneaked into her apartment and stole her phone worth N96,000. He was asked to provide it but he denied being a criminal and did not steal the phone as alleged. However, he was unable to revealed what he went into the lady’s room to do when the phone reportedly got missing.

The incident happened around the Oba Akran area in Ikeja Lagos where the lady resided.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the suspect confessed at the police station that he had gone there without the complainant’s invitation to lure her into sex but she turned around to claim that he was a thief and stole her phone.
The theft was reported to the police and Ismaila was arrested and detained to provide the phone to no avail.
He was then charged before Ogba Magistrates court for the alleged offence.
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Mr Christopher Donny did not oppose his bail. Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with one surety in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 26th July, 2018.
