Man Traps 15-Year Old Girl By Fondling Her Breasts

A man, one Mr. Agboola Alabi has been arrested after he allegedly trapped a 15-year old girl, fondled her breasts, got her confused and engaged her in a sex romp in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS confirmed that he has been charged before a Lagos court and was facing a case of defilement which might land him up to 10 years imprisonment if convicted.

The incident happened at Akilo Close in Agege area of Lagos where both Mr. Alabi and the victim’s parents resided.

It was gathered that Mr. Alabi returned from work early in the evening and lured the victim into his apartment. While he was talking to her, he moved his hands towards her breasts and fondled them. He did so until the victim got aroused and confused before he took her to the bed and defiled her.

It was after the act that she realised herself; she felt that he took undue advantage of her and wept bitterly. She later informed her parents about what happened and the matter was reported to the police at Isokoko Division, Lagos.

The suspect was arrested and detained for interrogation. During interrogation, he did not deny engaging her in sex but claimed that it was done with her consent. But the victim denied that she consented to it and narrated to the police how he fondled her breasts, got her confused and before engaging her in a romp.

The police found Mr. Alabi culpable and charged him before Ogba Magistrates court for the offence.
The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher Donny, informed the court what happened as the victim was deceived because of her age. The court did not take his plea and denied him bail.
The Presiding Magistrates, Mr. Peter Nwaka, ordered him to be remanded in prison custody till when his plea will be taken and bail considered.
The matter was adjourned till 30^th August, 2018.
