Man Tricks Neighbour’s 13-Year Old Into Sex Romp

A 34-year old man, Tobilola Mustapha, has landed in trouble in Lagos after he allegedly tricked his neighbour’s 13-year old girl and engaged her in a sex romp.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Jolac Ago, Shasha area of Alakuko, Lagos where they resided.

It was gathered that Mustapha had targeted the 13-year old victim in the afternoon when her parents had gone to work, lured her into his apartment and defiled her.
P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the victim initially resisted but he used oratorical powers to confuse her, touched her sensitive parts, she then fell into his trap and he raped her.
However, after the romp she realised herself and cried bitterly. She later reported what happened to her parents; how Mustapha had tricked and had carnal knowledge of her.
The matter was reported to the police and Mustapha was arrested. At the police station, he admitted that he slept with the victim but that he did not force her into it. But the 13-year old victim put up the claim that he tricked her into it as she had resisted before he touched the sensitive parts of her body which got her confused.
The police found him culpable and charged Mustapha before the Ogba Magistrates court for the alleged offence.
The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher Donny, informed the court that the offence had to do with felony because the victim was under aged.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, ordered Mustapha to be remanded in prison custody without taking his plea or granting him bail.
The court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to DPP for advice.
