A 50-year old man, Michael Igwe, who allegedly specialized in luring, drugging and robbing women after engaging them in sex in different hotels, has finally been arrested by the Police in Lagos State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Igwe, was arrested after he was tracked by the Police intelligence operatives from the Commissioner of Police Special Squad for drugging a lady, Miss Faith Peter, at Empire Hotel, Ijora Badia area of the State.
Apart from that, two other ladies,  Precious Paul and Gift Okoro, also suffered similar fate at Exclusive Hotel af Ojuelegba area of Lagos in the hands of the suspect, Michael Igwe, before he was eventually arrested.

He will then engage them in sex and thereafter rob them of their belongings including their phones, ATM cards, money and other personal belongings found with the victims and escaped from the hotel.
The Police were unable to confirm if the suspect was carrying out the dastardly act with the managers of the hotels because he usually escapes despite the security put in place in the hotels in question.
The suspect was arrested following the complaints by the victims and he was trailed by the Police operatives. When he was he was eventually arrested, he was detained at the Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
During interrogation, he admitted to have done so and the victims also identified him. But the suspect declined to mention members of his gang while the interrogation lasted.
However, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment.
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
