The Apex Igbo sociocultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos State, has alerted members of the public and the security agencies over alleged plans by some members of the cabals within the Igbo circle to forcefully remove its President, Chief Solomon Aguene, over their inability to vacate a Court judgment.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that it was the outcome of the weekend meeting, which members of the cabals held at Eze Uche Dimgba’s house at Julie Estate in Ikeja area of Lagos.
Those who attended the meeting included the host, Eze Dimgba,  Chief Oliver Akubueze, Chief Sunday Ossai, Don Chris Onyeka, Mrs. Nelly Okafor and many others.
This was disclosed by the Chief of Staff to the President, Chief Chinenyeze Thompson Ohia, who stated that the group has perfected plans to attack and forcefully remove Aguene if their next line of action to blackmail him fails after several attempts to do so in the past.
Chief Ohia explained that the latest plans was due to the intense pressure from the key sponsor of kangaroo election, Don Chris Onyeka, which he piled on members of the cabals to fulfill part of their agreement by installing Chief Ossai as the Ohanaeze President and secure the organisation’s Secretariat at Surulere, Lagos, having obtained huge sums of money from him.
Chief Ohia stated that during the meeting, the group expressed concerns that there were black legs among them, who were leaking their plans to Aguene, which has made it difficult to remove him because Chief Aguene appeared ahead of them.
Ohia stated that at the meeting, they resolved that since they have tried both the Lagos State Governor and Ohanaeze Worldwide to remove him and the attempts failed, the next step will be to perfect their plans to blackmail Chief Aguene to known personalities, who have close relationship with him.
They listed such personalities to include the CEO of Chisco Motors, Chief Mike Umeh, Actors, Musicians, top celebrities,  captains of Industry and critical Igbo stakeholders, who are solidly behind Aguene.
They confirmed that it had been difficult to remove Aguene because of his close contact with those people, who are giving him both moral and financial support including pulling Ndigbo in Lagos to support Aguene. And if they can blackmail and dislodge him, it will be easier to remove him and forcefully take over the Ohanaeze Secretariat and install Ossai as Ohanaeze President.
However, Chief Ohia stated that their thinking was if they can succeed by subtly blackmailing Aguene, it will be easier to forcefully remove him and take over Ohanaeze Secretariat and hand over to Chief Ossai. He assured them that their plans will not succeed because those people had already known them as questionable characters, who had held Ndigbo hostage over the years before Chief Aguene came to liberate Ndigbo from their nefarious activities.
Ohia explained that the grace of God has been upon Chief Aguene because they have tried different means to remove him but could not succeed even up to the point of trying to use the Police, who advised them to go to Court and vacate the judgment, which has become an albatross to them.
The group has ruled out the option of appealing the Court Judgment having contacted one Chief Azubuike Ekwerekwu, popularly known as Obosi and he declined assisting having realised that they did not file any paper at the Court within the specified period according to the Law, which has elapsed.
Ohia stated that some of members of the cabals will soon have their dates in Court because Form 48 and 49 have already been filed in Court for contempt of Court by conducting a kangaroo election against the Judgment of the Court.
