My Constituents Are Witnessing The Best Representation – Ekwunife Says

As the 9th National Assembly has entered the last lap of its establishment, the Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife, PhD, has noted that her constituents have enjoyed the best ever representation from her sojourn in the National Assembly.
The Federal lawmaker noted that she will finish strong despite the torrent of challenges facing the country.
Ekwunife, who spoke at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, during the ground breaking ceremony of Bankers Hall by Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, stated that she will look back with satisfaction and deep sense of fulfillment that her tenure left a legacy by improving constituents’ quality of life through deliberate strategic legislative interventions. According to her, “I have imprinted my mark in every community and helped reduce the high rate of youth restiveness by securing pensionable jobs to over 600 constituents”.
The A-grade lawmaker reassured her commitment towards completion of all ongoing projects she attracted to the zone, adding that the good people of Anambra Central Senatorial District will continue to reap from her wealth of experience and  robust political goodwill even after leaving office.
Ekwunife further commended the institute for its role in economic recovery and growth of the financial and banking sector. She assured that she will continue to support policies tailored at improving the institute and also being a strong voice on the floor of the senate.
The Chairman Senate Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation was represented by a senior lecturer and public health expert, Dr. Ogechukwu Aribodor.
Dignitaries present were Vice Chancellor of NAU, Prof Charles Esimone, Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo represented by the Accountant General of the state, Dr. Chukwudi Okoli among others.
