The number one citizen and chief custodian of Olorunda Local Council Development Area in Badagry Division of Lagos State, Hon. Samson Folorunsho Olatunde, has again set another landmark wheel for rapid rural development to be in motion.
This was done during his recent presentation of an unprecedented sum of One Billion, Five hundred and Seventy Two Million, Seven hundred and Eighty-Two Thousands, One Hundred and forty Naira , Seventy Kobo (N1, 576,782,149,70k) for the 2019 fiscal year, before the Councillors.
The Executive Chairman alongside with his exco – members, and the entire Management Team were well received by the Honourable Leader of the Olorunda Legislative Council, Hon. Awotunde Olasunkanmi and other Honourable members of the Council, with the Clerk of the House, Mr. Shitta Ganiu.
Hon. Samola as he is popularly called, thanked all the legislators for their usual cooperation, while awaiting a speedy approval of the budget.
The Leader of the legislative Council in his welcome speech saluted the Executive Chairman and promised to speed up the approval process while he also admonished all in attendance to at all time work harmoniously as brothers and sisters in other to take their “darling Olorunda LCDA” to greater heights.
In attendance were the Head Of Administration of the LCDA, a Director (Mr.Dawodu Olabode), the Management Staff and other dignitaries in the Council Area.
