NAOWA President, Mrs. Salamatu F. Yahaya Commissions NAOWA Centre At Ribadu Cantonment Kaduna

The NAOWA President, Mrs. Salamatu F Yahaya, has commissioned the NAOWA Centre at Ribadu Cantonment Kaduna on Saturday, 8th April, 2023.

In her keynote remarks, She applauded the Chairperson NAOWA 1 Division Chapter Mrs Maria Abiodun Lagbaja for constructing a NAOWA Centre to complement other NAOWA structures that have been put in place by her predecessors thereby strengthening the NAOWA narrative in the Chapter.The President NAOWA mentioned that the Chairperson has reaffirmed her absolute dedication and commitment to the development of NAOWA Institution which is in line with the vision of the President NAOWA which is “Sustaining Legacies and Upholding the Tenets of Unity and Service”.

Earlier in her remarks, the Chairperson NAOWA 1 Division Chapter, Mrs Maria Abiodun Lagbaja stated that the zeal to embark on the project was borne out of her resolve to key into the exemplary leadership style of the NAOWA President.

Highpoints of the commissioning ceremony include the unveiling of a new Ashoke for the NAOWA ceremonial dress, presentation of the award of Excellence to Mrs Maria Abiodun Lagbaja by the President NAOWA others include a tour of the centre facilities, widows outreach, and group photography.
