The Federal High Court in Lagos has affirmed Mr. James Onyemenam the substantive Managing Director/Chief Executive and majority shareholder of Woobs Resources Limited Management, Onyemenam’s lawyer Ehis Agboga said Monday.

Ehis Agboga of Freshbrook (Attorneys, Solicitors, Consultants), Lagos, said the court also confirmed Peter Imieh of Sterling Chambers serves as the Woobs Resources’ Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.

He made the claim in a public notice titled “Important Notice Regarding Woobs Resources Limited Management and Official Payment Procedures at The Nigerian Army Shopping Complex, Oshodi aka The Arena.”

He alleged that another lawyer, Victor Ukutt, was not the Company Secretary of Woobs Resources Limited in any capacity.

The notice was addressed to “All Traders and Subscribers of The Arena.”

It reads: “Your attention is hereby drawn to the Federal High Court judgment with Suit no. FHC/L/CS/1232/2011 and a final Arbitral award of February 2015 which have reinstated the management of Woobs Resources Limited. Mr. James Onyemenam remains the substantive Managing Director/Chief Executive and majority shareholder, while Peter Imieh esq of Sterling Chambers serves as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.

“Please be informed that Victor Ukutt, who has been falsely representing himself as the Company Secretary, does not have the authority to act on behalf of Woobs Resources Limited in any capacity.

“All payments related to The Arena must be made only to the legitimate bank account of Woobs Resources Limited, which is domiciled with Fidelity Bank Plc. and has the account number: 4010020172. Further payment made to any other accounts or Banks shall be at payees’ peril without recourse to Woobs Resources Limited or its owners. Cash payments to any individual are strictly forbidden and will not be recognized, as no individual is authorized to receive payments on behalf of the company.

“When making payments to the authorized Fidelity Bank account, please ensure that you clearly state the purpose of the payment in the payment narration for proper documentation and record-keeping.

“We urge all traders and subscribers to adhere strictly to these guidelines to avoid any discrepancies or unauthorized transactions. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

“For any inquiries or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact the legitimate representatives of Woobs Resources Limited.”
