A Lagos-based Auto company, Cruise Carmax Motors Nigeria Ltd, has sealed a deal to commence importation of Toyota Hilux Project Vehicle and Toyota Hiace Vans into Nigeria.
Speaking on the new business deal, Mr. Julius Oyedokun, Business Manager, Cruise Carmax Motors, disclosed that the company saw the need to make the vehicles available to interested individuals in the country at affordable prices.
He added that the vehicles would be imported from the United Arab Emirates and Japan.
According to him, the company has the capacity to import units of various models of UAE/JAPAN used Toyota Hiace Van and Toyota Hilux Project Vehicle according to the dictates of the market.
“We have adopted strategic measures in line with best practices to ensure that we deliver on our mandate of making the said vehicles available to Nigerians who are desirous of having them, in good time,” he said.
Oyedokun added that some of the models will be available on their stock beginning from August 2019.
The auto firm boss stressed that the company’s Business Development Team had been on a Business Research tour of the UAE and Japan in the last few days to perfect their business strategy in order to ensure smooth operations.
“We need to put our own plans to action. We need to put the right policies in place and we must enforce it, otherwise it will be a mirage. We must put into function all we have learnt prior to the start of this dealership in order to sustain it. You can see that the launch of the new product is evidence of our efforts so far. We would not disappoint surely,” Oyedokun submitted.
