His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Frederick Obateru Akinrutan, (Okoro Ajiga 1), the paramount ruler of Ugbo Land has joined legions of prominent Nigerians who have sent condolence message to President Muhammadu Buhari over the death of his Chief of Staff; Mallam Abba Kyari.
In the condolence letter dated 27th April 2020, the monarch, on behalf of the good people of Ugbo kingdom in Ilaje, Ondo State, condoled with the President and the deceased family.
He extolled the life and times of the deceased; stating that he was an asset that will be greatly missed in the President Buhari’s administration.
“Without dispute, the late Mallam Abba Kyari has left great marks of achievements in the history of Nigeria. He was a great administrator, a proficient manager of human and capital resources, a dedicated follower, and uncommon leader and a pathfinder of Nigeria’s economy growth,” he stated.
Oba Akinruntan further prayed for Allah’s guidance and fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
“We cannot quantify the value of the loss of such a brilliant and diligent mind, but my prayer is that Almighty Allah shall forgive the departed and grant him great ranking in the afterlife,” the monarch added.
