Ogochukwu Ezeobi Makes Acting Debut In ‘My Brother’s Love’

Beautiful Ogochukwu Cynthia Ezeobi, who is trained as a nurse in the United Kingdom is contemplating moving back to the country to pursue her career in acting. 

Already, the delectable lady is making her Nollywood debut in the movie, “My Brother’s Love”, currently being shot in Lagos.

The budding actress flew into the country Tuesday night to hit the set of the movie, which is being directed by Nnabuike Okoro.

In a chat with newsmen, Ogochukwu said she’s debuting in Nollywood with enthusiasm and a complete open mind.

“I am looking forward to meeting interesting people that share the same passion as I do,” she stressed.

Ogochukwu also disclosed that he has always had affinity with the theatre, while as a child.

According to her, “my parents gave me the drama queen title ahead of my debuting in Nollywood., following the strong passion I have for acting.”

Speaking further: “Acting is the ultimate game of “play pretend”. It releases the inner child and allows me to live out fantasies that would never be possible without it. Nothing else feels like immersing yourself in a character. Add to that the communion between actors and audience, the adoration of the audience, and the incredible high it all produces, and it’s not hard to see why I am so passionate about the craft of acting.”

Ogochukwu is a trained nurse back in the UK, but the Uga, Anambra State-born budding actress is dumping the lucrative job to chase her dream in acting.

“I am a nurse which is very rewarding in itself but I would most definitely consider moving back home in order to pursue my dreams whilst giving back to the society that trained me and moulded me into the young woman I am today” she said.

Making her debut in Nollywood, Ogochukwu said she is going in with enthusiasm and a completely open mind.

Asked what new thing she’s bringing to the industry, the beautiful actress replied: “I am bringing entertainment followed by my raw passion for the art and maybe a bit of charisma.”

Ogochukwu said she’s not desperate to hit the top as a budding actress, adding “this is something I have wanted to do, and I will dedicate my time, energy, resources and effort to achieve it and be the best I can possibly be.”

She also described the prevailing sexual harassment in the movie industry as something of concern, regardless of where it happens.

“I believe I have grown tougher skin over the years and it has helped me create healthy boundaries and they have become non-negotiable,” she added.

Ogo described herself as an open and honest person who doesn’t believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything she does.
