The Ojodu Mayor is not just revamping, equipping and staffing health centres across the community but also installing alternative sources of energy at health centres in order to improve efficiency and round the clock services in line with the policy thrust of the H.E.Y.S Agenda in which “Health” is a cardinal pillar.
In an announcement, which was made in a letter signed yesterday, Monday 16th January, 2023, by the Medical Officer Of Health, Dr Anne Okon, on behalf of the Executive Chairman Of Ojodu LCDA, she stated that 24 hours services have commenced in the medical facility, which was recently revamped and repositioned to offer global standards of primary health services.
Services to be offered at the medical facility include Consultation, General Outpatient Clinic, Child welfare clinic ,ANC, Delivery and Post Natal Care, Family Planning clinic ,HIV Testing, Counselling, DOT Clinic, Geriatrics, Centre/ Care of the elderly, PHC Pharmacy,PHC Laboratories and Ambulance services.
