The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon Segun Odunmbaku, has extended his greetings to all Christian faithful and other constituents on the occasion of 2025 Easter Celebrations.
In his goodwill message marking the day, Hon. Odunmbaku said, “On this solemn occasion of Easter Sunday, I extend my heartfelt greetings to all Christian faithful and the entire residents of our beloved LCDA. Easter is a sacred season that symbolizes sacrifice, hope, renewal, and the triumph of life over despair. It is a time that reminds us of the enduring power of faith, love and the promise of a better tomorrow”.
“This year’s celebration comes at a particularly difficult moment for us in Ojodu LCDA, as we continue to grapple with the devastating impact of the recent disaster that shook our LCDA. I deeply mourn with those who have suffered loss and pain and I assure you that our administration is doing everything possible to provide relief, support and lasting solutions to the challenges at hand.”
“Let us draw strength from the message of Easter — that even in our darkest hours, light will shine again. As a community, we must remain united in compassion, resilient in the face of adversity and hopeful for a better and more secure future. I call on everyone to be their brother’s keeper and support one another during this time of recovery.”
“As your Chairman, I reaffirm my unwavering commitment to the safety, welfare, and development of Ojodu LCDA. May the spirit of Easter fill our hearts with peace, give us renewed courage, and inspire a collective resolve to rise above our present challenges.
Wishing you all a peaceful, reflective, and blessed Easter!” the Ojodu Mayor concluded.
