Babatunde Olaogun, a prominent socialite and entrepreneur, has joined other dignitaries to grace the just concluded Ogbomoso Cradle Carnival, a vibrant celebration of the city’s rich cultural heritage.
The event brought together traditional rulers, government officials, and other dignitaries from far and wide, including Mr. Sunday Dare and Senator Fatai Buhari.
At the carnival, Olaogun reconnected with his brother and friend, Hon. Lamiju Alao-Akala, a member of the House of Representatives.
The two leaders seized the opportunity to solidify their alliances, reportedly in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
Olaogun, who has expressed interest in representing Ogbomosho North Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has been actively engaging with stakeholders and building connections in the region.
His attendance at the Ogbomoso Cradle Carnival underscores his commitment to promoting Ogbomoso’s cultural identity and contributing to the region’s development.
