Respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, ONC, has congratulated the new Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, CP Olugbenga Adepoju Adewole.
In a statement signed by Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), President General of Orashi National Congress, the group said that the new helmsman, coming with unique crime fighting strategies, is expected to take security of lives and property to the next level in the state.
The ONC said, “While we thank the Police authorities for the drafting of Mr. Olugbenga Adepoju Adewole to replace the promoted outgone CP, we congratulate him as the new Police boss at the Rivers State Command.”
“Until his appointment, Olugbenga Adepoju was in-charge of the Department of Operations, Rivers State Police Command. And as a seasoned Police Officer with exceptional service records and great wealth of experience in modern policing, the ONC believes that he will perform better having known the terrain before his appointment as the new CP.”
“On behalf of the good people of Orashi region, we congratulate CP Olugbenga Adepoju Adewole and pledge the cooperation of our people to his leadership of the State Police Command.”
