Notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has hailed the Rivers State Government for the completion of the state-of-the-art Zonal Hospital, Omoku, describing it as a major boost to healthcare delivery in the Orashi Region and surrounding communities.
In a statement, the President General of ONC, Ambassador Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, commended the administration of His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, Governor of Rivers State, for siting and completing the modern healthcare facility.
Ambassador Ibe said the hospital will bring quality and modern healthcare services closer to the people of Orashi and adjoining communities, and marks another significant step in the state government’s commitment to improving health infrastructure across Rivers State.
The Zonal Hospital, Omoku, is scheduled to be officially commissioned by His Eminence, Barr. (Dr.) Nwachukwu Obuoha Obi III, the Oba of Ogbaland.
