ONC Honours OSPAC’s Commander Felix Nwaobakata For Exemplary Service & Youth Development Efforts

In a momentous occasion held in Omoku Town, Orashi National Congress, ONC, bestowed the prestigious Award of Honour upon Commander Felix O. Nwaobakata of OSPAC, Rivers State.
This distinguished recognition lauded Commander Nwaobakata’s outstanding commitment and notable contributions as the Commander of OSPAC’s Rivers State Command, particularly in his fervent support for youth development initiatives.
The President General, Comrade Emeni Ibe, who led the ONC delegation, expressed heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for Commander Nwaobakata’s unwavering dedication to service.
