The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress (ONC), Ambassador Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Hon. Mrs. Queen Worlu Ukali, the beloved wife of the Member representing the good people of Ahoada East Constituency II in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Chief Hon. Napoleon Ukalikpe.
In his goodwill message, Ambassador Ibe described Hon. Mrs. Queen Worlu Ukali as a virtuous, compassionate, and inspiring woman whose humility, kindness, and unwavering support for her family and community continue to earn her admiration.
