ONC PG, Amb Ibe Celebrates Hon. Mrs. Queen Worlu Ukali On Her Birthday

The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress (ONC), Ambassador Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Hon. Mrs. Queen Worlu Ukali, the beloved wife of the Member representing the good people of Ahoada East Constituency II in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Chief Hon. Napoleon Ukalikpe.
