The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has once again commended the management of Aradel Holdings for its people-centered approach to business, especially in the Orashi region.

Amb. Ibe gave the commendation while reacting to the company’s recent investments in both community relations and staff development.

The ONC PG specifically applauded Aradel for investing in its workforce through the recently concluded H2 XLT Retreat.

The retreat featured Igo Weli, Vice President, Relations and Sustainable Development, Renaissance Africa Energy Company, as guest speaker for a Leadership Spotlight session.

According to Amb. Ibe, the session challenged Aradel’s leadership and workforce to embrace the ABC of leadership: Ambition, Belief, and Courage.

“From leading by example and separating work from relationships, to creating an environment where people feel empowered to contribute and grow, the retreat reinforced the notion that exceptional leadership begins with purpose and is sustained through action,” he said.

Amb. Ibe noted that Aradel Holdings has continued to demonstrate genuine commitment to the welfare of host communities and the overall development of the Orashi region.

“We at the Orashi National Congress will continue to support Aradel Holdings. The company has shown that they have genuine interest in the welfare of our people and the development of our area,” he stated.

He added that by carrying host communities along in its programmes, the company has helped to foster trust and minimize friction in host-community relations.

“As they carry host communities along in their programmes, there will be little or no friction in the relationship,” the ONC President General said.

The Congress reiterated its readiness to partner with Aradel and other corporate organizations that prioritize community engagement, local content, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta.
