ONC PG Condoles With Amb. Elder Nelson Horsfall Ibibo Over Wife’s Demise

In his condolence message to Amb. Elder Nelson Horsfall Ibibo, the ONC PG said, “I wish to use this medium on behalf of my family and the Orashi National Congress to commiserate with you and your family over the sad passing of your beloved wife and companion”.
